Young Arts | Holiday Club August 2024

<p dir="ltr">For this three day holiday club we are partnering with Plymouth Arts Cinema and using the movie ‘Marcel the Shell With Shoes On’ as our theme. </p> <p dir="ltr">The club will include lots of different creative activities that will come together as a showreel. This will be screened on the final afternoon as a mini feature, before the full film ‘Marcel the Shell With Shoes On’ is shown on 15 August.</p> <p dir="ltr">In this three day holiday club you will work on:</p><ul><li>Character design</li><li>Merch making</li><li>Storyboarding</li><li>Animation</li><li>Costume design</li></ul> <p dir="ltr">Your work will be shown on the big screen at Plymouth Arts Cinema, before the showing of ‘Marcel the Shell with Shoes On’. Your film ticket is included but you will need to purchase any further tickets for family and friends at £4 each. We will provide a link for purchasing extra tickets before and during the course. <br /></p> <p dir="ltr">No previous experience or skill level is required, the emphasis will be on your ideas and helping you to create successful visual outcomes. All materials are provided on each day.</p> <p dir="ltr">Age range is 9-15 yrs so some activities will have different levels of difficulty to engage all levels of experience.
