This course has been designed to give you a taste of what it is like to study with us virtually, as well as giving you tailored support for your university application. You will get a virtual art university experience, and a chance to meet some of the lecturers for the subjects you are interested in studying.</p>
<p>You’ll get an insight into how our January-start degrees are taught, how you submit work and how you can develop your skills. This course has been designed to help you feel equipped to commence your studies in January 2025, on one of our January-start degrees.</p>
<p>As a student on one of our January-start degrees, you’ll join a truly global community of creative learners. This hybrid degree allows you to complete your first year of studies remotely by July 2025, before taking a short summer break and then continuing straight on to the second year of your chosen degree, studying in-person at our city-centre Plymouth campus, in September 2025. <p>To apply you will need to meet the following criteria:<br /></p><ul><li>Aged 18-70, at the start of the course</li><li>Interested in studying at Arts University Plymouth in January 2025</li><li>Want to explore higher education opportunities at an undergraduate level</li><li>Planning on studying in the UK on a student visa (if not a UK citizen)</li><li>Able to meet Arts University Plymouth Language requirements, more information on this<a href="https://www.aup.ac.uk/international/language-requirements#undergraduate-requirements" title="https://www.aup.ac.uk/international/language-requirements#undergraduate-requirements" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> here</a> (International students)</li><li>Eligible for at least 3 years of student funding or looking at self-funding a Higher Education course.
