<p>Rachel is a higher education partner at law firm Bevan Brittan LLP. She advises Universities, higher education institutions and investors on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and disposals, joint ventures, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, governance and regulatory matters. She is ranked in the Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner 2022.</p> <p>Rachel has advised on numerous high-profile higher education transactions and collaborations, including advising Vanta Education on the restructure of the BPP group and the subsequent sale of BPP University to TDR Capital and acting for Hult Business School on its strategic alliance with Ashridge Business School.</p> <p>She has advised both Universities and higher education private providers on international student pathways and a variety of transnational higher education collaborations including cross-border validation arrangements and the establishment of overseas campuses.</p> <p>Having grown up in the developing world Rachel is passionate about the value of higher education, both for individuals and society in general.</p>
